Atera
Your Atera agents, their OS and their available patches, read through the API and matched with CVEs.
What the connector does
The connector reads Atera agents: OS and build, serial number, addresses, Office suite and available patches. The machines join your fleet. The Atera API does not publish installed applications: to also monitor the software on these endpoints, combine it with the TechWatchAlert agent or another connector.
What comes into TechWatchAlert
- Agents: OS, build, serial number, MAC and IP addresses
- The installed Office suite
- Available patches, on each machine's page
- Optionally, in Atera: one custom field per agent with the risk score, the number of critical flaws and a link to the machine
Setup
- In Atera, get the API key (Admin › API)
- In TechWatchAlert, enter the key and, if needed, the customer to read
- For risk write-back, create a text-type agent custom field and enter its name
